Delivery Policy

Zindagu is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product and nothing is posted. When a subscription payment succeeds, access to generate readings is enabled on your account immediately, and the readings you generate appear in the app as they are written.

If a payment has succeeded and your access has not enabled within a few minutes, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it. A payment we can see and access we have not delivered is a service failure, and it is one of the cases a refund covers.
