Privacy Policy

Your name and email address, from Google when you sign in. Your birth date, birth time and birth place, which you enter, because the chart is computed from them. Your current location, if you set one, for the local sunrise and day-part windows. Records of your payments and the invoices raised for them.

We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and those instrument details go to them, not to us.

While you are signed in we also record how the app is used: which pages you open, in what order, how long you stay, and which buttons you press. Each record holds the name of the page and the name of the control, both of which are fixed labels written into our own source code. It never holds anything you typed, anything the Oracle wrote, your birth details, your IP address or your device details. We keep these records for ninety days.

Each item is used for the purpose it was collected for and no other: your birth details to cast and read your chart, your email to sign you in and to send billing notices, your payment records to raise valid invoices and to answer disputes, your usage records to see which parts of the app work and which do not. Your birth data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile of you for anyone else, and neither are your usage records: they are read by us, to fix this app, and go to nobody else.

You consent to this processing when you enter your details and subscribe. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account, which erases your personal data. See the consent notice for the itemised version.

Your chart and readings stay while your account exists. Tax invoices are a legal exception: Indian GST law requires them to be retained for 72 months, so deleting your account clears your personal data from an invoice but keeps the invoice itself and its tax figures, which is the minimum the law allows.

You can access your data, correct it, and erase it. Birth details are locked once set because the chart depends on them; correcting them goes through the in-app appeal rather than a silent overwrite. Erasure is available from your account settings and is subject only to the invoice-retention exception above.

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The usage records described above are tied to your account rather than to a cookie, and the tab they group under is held in your browser’s session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab.
