Terms of Service

Zindagu computes a sidereal (jyotish) birth chart from the date, time and place you give us and generates written readings from it. It is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and nothing it produces should be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional. Astrological outcomes are not promised, predicted or guaranteed.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account and to purchase a subscription. The birth details you enter must be your own or those of someone who has consented to your entering them.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for the readings generated under it. Your birth details are locked once set, because the chart is cast from them; corrections go through the appeal process inside the app rather than by silent edit.

A monthly subscription is ₹1,000 per month, inclusive of GST. An annual prepayment is ₹8,000, inclusive of GST, and buys 12 months. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are the whole amount charged; there is no tax added on top at checkout.

The monthly subscription is a recurring payment. You authorise it once, at sign-up, under the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework, and it renews each month until you cancel. Your bank notifies you at least 24 hours before each debit and you may decline any individual debit at your bank. The annual prepayment is a single charge. It does not auto-renew and never becomes a mandate; when the 12 months end, it simply stops, and you choose whether to buy again.

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time, in one step, at /account/billing. There is no retention process and no phone call. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation is not a refund. See the refund and cancellation policy for what is and is not refundable.

Do not resell the readings, attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of a reading, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business.

We may update these terms. Material changes to the price or the billing terms take effect only from your next renewal, never retroactively, and the date above records the last change.
